Welcome to Curam Consulting. I'm Jennifer and for twenty years I have (em)powered mission-driven organizations to deliver results for the communities they serve.  From Scotland, with much of my career spent in London, I have been based in New York City since 2017.

​

For a decade, I worked in the heart of UK government, leading multi-billion-dollar early childhood and education policies that impacted over 10 million families. I went on to build a pioneering nonprofit initiative in partnership with local communities, tackling inequities for more than 10,000 children in London, transforming systems, and influencing national policy.

 

Since moving to NYC, I've partnered with social impact, public health, political action, and environmental justice organizations to design solutions to their biggest challenges, deepen impact, and support leaders to navigate change.  I founded my practice with a clear intention: to show up with cùram - care - for the work and the people behind it.

When I'm not consulting, I run a vintage business, foster rescue kittens (pics available on request!), and you'll often find me walking the Brooklyn waterfront or cooking up something spicy in my kitchen.
